Delhi records 38.5°C, below seasonal average; IMD predicts rain, gusty winds on Monday

Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 38.5 degrees Celsius on Sunday, slightly below the seasonal average. The India Meteorological Department forecasts light rainfall with thunderstorms and gusty winds for Monday afternoon and evening. Temperatures are expected to hover around 39 degrees Celsius for the maximum and 26 degrees Celsius for the minimum.
