China may miss all key climate targets for 2025: Report

China is likely to miss its climate goals for 2025, according to a new report. The country, which is the world's biggest emitter of carbon dioxide, has been relying on carbon-intensive industries to boost its struggling economy. As part of the Paris climate agreement, Beijing had also committed to targets such as obtaining 20 percent of its energy from non-fossil fuel sources by 2025.
