Thousands ordered to flee while they can as bushfire burns in Australia's south

Over two thousand individuals have been instructed to evacuate towns in western Victoria, Australia, as an uncontrollable bushfire continues to rage. The state emergency service has urged residents of Raglan and Beaufort, along with those in nearby areas, to leave for the regional hub of Ballarat, located 95 kilometers (59 miles) west of Melbourne. A fire spanning approximately 50 square kilometers (12,355 acres) is currently ablaze northwest of Ballarat.
