
Protesters, including activist Greta Thunberg and Extinction Rebellion members, blockaded a gas and oil processing plant in southwest Norway. The blockade involved kayaks, motorboats, and activists on land hindering access to the Karsto plant, operated by Equinor. Despite the protest, Equinor confirmed the plant continued its usual operations as police addressed the situation.
